The catch was that UX was already done by another agency using Adobe Experience Manager, meaning we had some learning to do on what AEM was at the time, and simultaneously learning that we were coming in with lots of limitations in terms of user interface design. Despite the hurdle, it was a great opportunity for us to get out of the comfort zone and push ourselves to come up with some compelling designs.
